Heat Resistant Paint

Korrocoat Polymers H.R. Paint is specially made to withstand heat at high temperature as well as corrosion, humidity, chemicals, U.V. radiation & other hazardus normally encountered in tropical, industrial environment with satisfactory results.

 Features...

Korrocoat H.R. paint withstand temperature upto 600°c & because of special Silicon based binder used it does not
get burnt, destroyed, peeled off, corroded. Hence used for protection of capital equipments, plants structures etc.
besides high temperature it is unaffected by gases, water, oils, spirit, petrol, steam etc. On applying H.R. Paint
perfect bonding is achieved forming a part of metal/ surface without affecting the substrate chemically. It forms
water repellent surface, which on curing is rendered washable to normal dirt, dust, grease & oil stains, foreign
matters using detergents & hot waters.

Morever Korrocoat Polymers H.R. paint does not showany skinning, separation, settling & has got good flow
& good finish with very good coverage & excellentadhesion on properly prepared substrates. The paint shows excellent film properties even after quenching at a temp of 600°c for 4 hrs. & the paint is free from toxic compounds such as Benzene & Organic chlorinated compounds.

 Usage...

The outstanding properties of Korrocoat H.R. paints have enabled a wide range uses some typical applications
are automobile silencers, chimneys, ovens, dryers, furnaces, lab equipments, storage tanks etc.

DIRECTION OF USE :-

The substrate should be properly prepared and should be free from oil, grease, rust & moisture. The paint should be applied at 20-25 Sec. viscosity by B-4 ford cup at a thickness of 20-25 microns & flash off of 40-45 minutes should be given before curing at temperature of 200+100c for about 1 hour.
